Payment and Order Policy

Two checkout paths
Products marked as sold by Apneatronics may be eligible for direct checkout. Products linked to Amazon or another retailer are separate purchases from that retailer. The cart and checkout page identify the responsible seller before you continue.
Direct Apneatronics payments
When direct checkout is displayed, Stripe or PayPal processes the payment. Apneatronics confirms the product price on the server and calculates shipping and applicable sales tax from the shipping address before opening the selected payment provider. The complete total is shown before payment approval.
Retailer payments
When you follow an affiliate product link, the named retailer becomes the merchant of record. That retailer confirms its final price, tax, shipping, discounts, payment methods, order total, and customer-service terms.
Payment information and security
Enter card details only on Stripe's hosted checkout or the secure page of the selected retailer. Apneatronics does not receive or store a full card number. PayPal credentials are entered only with PayPal. Do not send payment credentials through a contact form or email.
Order confirmation
A direct order is created only after the payment provider confirms the exact server-validated amount. Apneatronics then displays an order number and sends an email confirmation when email delivery is configured. A retailer purchase is confirmed by that retailer.
Declined, cancelled, or duplicate attempts
A declined or cancelled payment does not create a completed Apneatronics order. Checkout requests use duplicate-payment safeguards, but you should review your order history and payment account before trying again after an interrupted browser session.
Insurance and prescription products
Standard checkout is for eligible cash-pay products. It is not an insurance, Medicare, or Medi-Cal billing system. Products that require a prescription are not eligible for ordinary direct checkout unless a separate licensed process is clearly provided.
